Washington's
legendary venue for live jazz for the past four
decades, this Georgetown supper club has been the
local stop for artists like the late, great Dizzy
Gillespie (who recorded his last live album here),
Tony Bennett, Charlie Byrd, Nancy Wilson and Wynton
Marsalis. And the food's pretty good, too, especially
if you like New Orleans Creole cooking. Catch dinner,
drinks and an early or late show seven nights a week.
Sometimes there's even a late-late show (midnight)
Saturdays.
