and catchy
hooks. His flows

create,
contemplate, and
relate. NOMAAD
combines his

Rhythmplaza.com:
Where are you
originally from?
NOMAAD:
I’m originally
from Harlem, New
York, but when I

moved
constantly.
I lived
in NYC, Florida,
NC, and now,
Virginia.

When
and why did you
start using the
name NOMAAD?
NOMAAD:
Well my
lifestyle
dictates the

are others.
I’m just that
Nigga Of Many

Destinations –
THERE YOU HAVE
IT!

Biggie,
and my

free style with
my brother.

Rhythmplaza.com:
What
does rap music
mean to you?
Where is it
headed?
NOMAAD:
Rap music
influences and
speaks to the
youth about what
goes on in the
streets,
politics, life,
etc.
I think
rap is about to
come full
circle. But wherever it’s headed I’m willing to take it there.
Rhythmplaza.com:
What’s
up with the new
album?
NOMAAD:
My new album
is called
“19”. The number 19 symbolizes a lot of things in my life, to
include my
birthday, which
is November 19th. But the album is gonna be hot.
It has
thirteen tracks

dropping in
early 2003. You
can check out
some of the
tracks at my
website at
WWW.NOMAAD.NET.

to chill and
spend time with
my family, go
out to movies,

What does music mean to you?
NOMAAD:
Music
is just another
form of art,
like acting or
dancing.
Music
allows myself
and others to
express what we
feel inside.
It’s
therapeutic for
real!

How
long have you
seriously been
involved in the
music industry?

I have
seriously been
involved in
music since
‘98 when I
moved to
Virginia.
That’s when it
all happened. Everything just came together then.

advice would you
give to some of

Stay focused
on what you want
in life and the

pay off.
