from?
Honey: I am from Washington, DC.
Rhythmplaza.com: When and why did you start
using the name Honey?
Honey: For as long as I can
remember everyone always called me "Honey," I am
told my that when my parents brought me home
from the hospital.
Rhythmplaza.com: Who was inspirational to you
in the music industry when you were coming
up?
Honey: Seal, Marvin Gaye, Chaka
Khan, WAR, U2, Cassandra Wilson
Rhythmplaza.com: When did you first get into
the music game?
Honey: When I met a local producer
and he encourage me to take it to the next
level.
Rhythmplaza.com: What does rap music mean to
you? Where is it
headed?
Honey: I still like music with a
message of truth, hard times, politics and
religion, these music can be very thought
provoking.
Rhythmplaza.com: What’s up with the album?
Tell us the name of the album and when did you
come up with the
concept?
Honey: The name of it is "Balance."
I came up with it when I myself was seeking it,
now I want to share what I have learned.

the album, and has worked with in the
past?
Honey: DP of CBC, Face, Sarkis of
Dank Records.
Rhythmplaza.com: Do you produce your own
tracks?
Honey: I have produced and
co-produced a few tracks.

with in the hip hop
genre?
Honey: I have worked with DP of CBC,
Jab, and Face.

you are not singing?
Honey: I read a lot and I like to
spend time with family and friends.

currently working on?
Honey: I am just wrapping up my
debut album. I am also working with a local
rapper on a few projects. Stay tuned.

you have out
Honey: My first single "Listen"
from my debut album "Balance" is doing well now.

as a marketing tool?
Honey: The internet is a great
vehicle to bring music to the masses. It
gives fans an opportunity to see you, hear your
music and even purchase it. The internet
is like that.
